Are sports are a relief from stress?

Sport is one of the healthiest activities for humans. There are so many benefits both in physical condition, to have a good figure maybe more toned as well as the conditions related to our mental and physical health. It is very important that young people practice sports because they release energy and thus accumulated stress and pressure and not only that. As the young practice a sport regularly, they learn to be more disciplined.

One of my favorite sports is to hike, especially in mountainous places. I like where you can see beautiful scenery. It helps me relax a lot. Maybe one of my favorites is the hike I've done in Barva volcano. I could enjoy the natural wealth that Braulio Carrillo National Park has. One of my greatest desires is to climb someday the Chirripó, mountain even if some do not think they'll make it, but I think there is nothing impossible.
