The greenhouse effect is a natural atmospheric phenomenon that keeps Earth's temperature by trapping some of the energy from the Sun. The increased concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) from fossil fuel use has led to the intensification of the phenomenon and the consequent rise in global temperatures, melting polar ice and rising sea level, is the main problem in recent times.
It is worrying because it is said that the effects are irreversible, negative and it has much to do with the irresponsible way in which humans behave and consume. You need to create awareness and take urgent action to stop a little effect. At the moment, the Earth is kept warm enough to allow life on the planet, but otherwise it would be intolerable due to climatic fluctuations since, a small change in the delicate balance of global temperature, can cause serious damage.
Heidi is quite right to say that the planet is in danger and it is important to try to be aware and think better on things we do to the environment
ResponderEliminarI agree with you girls, because people around the world or some of theme are causing our planet in completely darger. Like a 70% of people don´t take care about it, but the other 30% of people that try to protect the earth are lower than the others. Nowadays, a lot of people are making a lot of pollution, through the garbage on streets, etc. That´s contamination... WE´VE TO SAVE THE PLANET!!
